There are two basic fee categories: member and non-member. Everyone interested in becoming a member can join the EAUH during the registration process by ticking the box “EAUH member”. When you participate in the EAUH 2026 conference and indicate your willingness to become a member, your registration includes the membership fee for two years.
To register as Student it’s necessary not to have a paid position and to be under 35 years old on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Students must produce a copy of their academic registration form and will be included as EAUH members (see also bursaries information).

- Event services at two of the venues: Universitat de Barcelona (Facultat d’Història) and Barcelona History Museum (La Capell bookshop)

Accompanying persons do not have access to the conference sessions.
Postconference tours on Sunday September 6 will be open to all attendees and accompanying persons, with an additional cost which will be detailed in the registration form for the Conference.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations may be requested by sending an email to payments@eauhbarcelona2026.eu with the subject line “CANCELLATION”. All the refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event.

All cancellations are subject to possible bank fees.
Registration can also be transferred to someone else. Name changes must be notified by sending an email to payments@eauhbarcelona2026.eu by 17th July, with the subject line “REGISTRATION NAME”. An administration fee of 50 € will be charged for the change.
