Fees

There are two basic fee categories: member and non-member. Everyone interested in becoming a member can join the EAUH during the registration process by ticking the box “EAUH member”. When you participate in the EAUH 2026 conference and indicate your willingness to become a member, your registration includes the membership fee for two years.
To register as Student it’s necessary not to have a paid position and to be under 35 years old on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Students must produce a copy of their academic registration form and will be included as EAUH members (see also bursaries information).

* The participant registration fee includes:

• Conference materials
• Web access to the conference papers
• Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail on Wednesday, September 2
• Admission to all conference sessions
• Conference lunches and coffees
• Conference thematic visits and urban tours, Wednesday 3 and Saturday 5
• Conference workshops, Saturday
• Closing Ceremony and Conference dinner on Friday, September 4
• Certificate of Attendance
• Membership in the EAUH for two years (if registered as member)
• EAUH city programme
• Event services at two of the venues: Universitat de Barcelona (Facultat d’Història) and Barcelona History Museum (La Capell bookshop)

Accompanying persons do not have access to the conference sessions

Postconference tours on Sunday September 6 will be open to all attendees and accompanying persons, with an additional cost which will be detailed in the registration form for the Conference.
