The European Association for Urban History, in a joint effort with EAUH 2026 Barcelona Local Committee, will be able to offer a limited number of bursaries (30) especifically for postgraduate and postdoctoral students whose paper has been accepted for a session or a roundtable, or who are coordinating a session. They must not have a paid post and must be under 35 years on September 2, 2026. The bursary covers the registration costs. All other costs (e.g. travel, accommodation) must be paid by the applicant.
Application and registration of bursaries
The application period for bursaries goes from Tuesday, January 20 to Tuesday, February 17. Please apply on-line on your personal user page on the website. The decisions on bursaries will be based on the quality of the application and made public by the International Committee by Tuesday, March 31. Bursary applicants must register for the Conference after knowing whether they have been awarded the bursary or not and during the Early fee registration period, until April 30.
